Overview Scope: Desert Valley Hospital, Victorville, CAReporting to: Corporate Chief Executive OfficerBed Size: 148Estimated Compensation Range:Min: $250K to Max: $350KThe Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves as the senior executive leader responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational performance, and financial success of Desert Valley Hospital. The CEO provides visionary leadership while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care and fostering a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and collaboration.This executive partners closely with physicians, leadership teams, employees, and community stakeholders to execute organizational objectives, drive sustainable growth, and advance the hospital's mission within the communities it serves. Responsibilities Overall day to day hospital operations of the hospital as well as the strategic leadership, planning, development, direction, coordination and control of activity within patient care, clinical and clinical support service areas.Working collaboratively with leaders and staff to ensure that quality patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner.Planing and directing the short and long range objectives/goals of the company to meet its financial and non-financial goals.Ensuring synergy between people, processes, and strategies to execute business objectives/goals.Attracting, training, developing, and retaining talent to ensure business needs are met.Driving and building revenue growth through developing new business strategies to improve overall performance.Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and policies.Communicating key information to respective stakeholders.#LK-KH1#LI-CC1 Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business or related field.Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration.Proven ability to lead at all levels of management.Demonstrates community commitment.Proficiency in computer operations including word processing.Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $250,000.00 to $350,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
