Connect Pediatrics is looking for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or SLP Assistant to join our team in the Frisco, Little Elm, Aubrey and surround areas . As a part of our team, you will play a vital role in collaboratively ensuring that pediatric patients receive comprehensive and well-coordinated care in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities :
Perform comprehensive evaluations, using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy. (SLP only)
Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.(SLP only)
Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses.
Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient
Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.

Salary -
Speech-Language Pathologist $55.00 to $65.00 per visit
Speech Pathology Assistant - $40.00 to $45.00 per visit
